Required Credit toward the continuing education requirement for

hours. A final examination is not required on courses
administered for the purpose of continuing education.
All continuing education hours submitted for credit must
be in appraisal topics. This includes any course completed through
REALTOR®
boards, and/or proprietary schools. This action is taken based on
a mandate from the Federal Appraisal Subcommittee in Washington,
D.C.

must hold a Bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited
college or university. No subsitution allowed in lieu of the
degree and 200 hours of AQB required core curriculum.
