2025 USPAP Registration NOW OPEN!

The Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board (LREAB) is pleased to announce four scheduled Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) courses for 2025. These courses provide an essential update for licensed appraisers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Course Locations and Dates

This year’s USPAP courses will be held in four convenient locations across Louisiana:

• Kenner – Wednesday, April 16, 2025
• Bossier City – Wednesday, April 23, 2025
• Lafayette – Wednesday, September 10, 2025
• Baton Rouge – Thursday, September 25, 2025

Course Details

• Registration Fee: $175 (includes the 2024-25 USPAP Book, 2024-25 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course Student Manual, and Reference Manual)
• Registration Requirement: Online registration is required. No in-person registration will be available on the day of the course.
